Potato Garlic Rings

I think one of the best tea time snacks anyone can give a try with these available 9 ingredients... It's very crispy & tasty ????

INGREDIENTS:

Rava/Suji: 1/2 cup

Garlic cloves: 3 piece

Boiled potatoes: 2 piece

Butter/Oil: 2 tbsp

Chilli flakes: 1 tbsp

Cornflour/flour: 2 tbsp or as required

Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp

Salt: 1 tbsp

Water: 1/2 cup

1 big & 1 small size glass or cookie cutter

Oil for fry

Method: 

1. Crush rava/suji in a grinder

2. Garlic clove chop into pieces

3. Smash boiled potatoes

4. Take a pan - add butter/oil

5. Add chopped garlic - fry on medium low flame

6. Add chilli flakes & Salt

7. Add water - Bring it to boil

8. Add crushed Rava - cook on low heat

9. Add smashed potatoes - mix well

Transfer to a pan, let it cool.. Later knead well By adding chopped coriander leaves & corn flour as needed. Make parts & roll the dough like chapati with thickness as u like.

Take 2 sized cutters/glass to make rings from flatened dough.

Heat the oil & Fry on medium heat till it turns golden brown.

Potato Garlic Rings are ready to eat.
